Kyera Kacey

FOUNDER OF LIBERATEHER™

Every woman faces a turning point, a moment that will either break her or define her purpose. For Kyera, that moment came at fifteen, while living overseas. After being raped by three men, she carried her pain in silence until it led to a suicide attempt that left her hospitalized. Faced with a choice, to remain a victim or reclaim her life, she chose to break her silence and begin the journey of healing.

That decision sparked a lifelong pursuit of transformation. By seventeen, Kyera was attending her first live personal development seminar. In her early twenties, she overcame addiction without medication or years of therapy and immersed herself in advanced communication, leadership development, and transformational training.

At 24, she opened a private practice after completing a state-licensed hypnotherapy program in Michigan, specializing in integrative support for cancer patients. Since then, she has completed more than 20 Dr. Joe Dispenza retreats.

Today, Kyera is the bestselling author of Rich B$tch Money Goals, a keynote speaker, and the CEO and founder of LiberateHER™, a global movement giving every woman the opportunity to choose her Rich B$tch life. She created the Rich B$tch Principles™, a methodology for change that has helped thousands worldwide stop playing small and start building lives, businesses, bank accounts, and relationships that embody freedom and purpose.

But her journey was far from linear. Five years after launching her practice, Kyera’s world was turned upside down again. Discovering her husband’s affair thrust her into an unexpected divorce that left her in debt, battling depression, and relying on her parents for financial support. Years later, she suffered the loss of her sister to heroin.

Kyera rebuilt her life and transformed her business into a multi–seven-figure success and now empowers women worldwide to reclaim their purpose, and definition of wealth—seeing it not as a dollar amount, but as an experience of self. Your next wealth strategy is a personal one™.

Known for her bold, no-BS approach, Kyera channels her intuition alongside decades of experience and a fierce love for people ready to create change. At her events, expect big energy, unfiltered truth, and the kind of transformation that forever changes the way you experience yourself and life.

Fun facts about Kyera..

  1. Kyera has two kids covered in fur who run her house, hijack her camera roll, and believe every Zoom call is about them. Meet Kevin and Henry—European Dobermans with the energy of toddlers and the entitlement of tiny CEOs.

  2. Kyera has stepped into the boxing ring as the Main Event in Fight Nights 3x. The only time she “lost”? Her opponent backed out minutes before the match, so they put her up against a man twice her size with a third-degree black belt. She might have taken a kick to the face that ended the fight, but she gave it hell!

  3. Kyera once dominated an eating competition against several high school football players. When she brought her first date home in high school, her dad said, "I hope you can afford to feed her." It's a running joke in her family to this day.

Jenny Bitner

CHIEF OPERATIONS OF LIBERATEHER™

Jenny is the strategic business brain behind LiberateHER, serving as the Chief Operations Officer, and affectionately known as "The House Mom". She brings 19 years of experience in executive team training, business development, and a deep passion for exceptional client experience.

After a decade as a top-performing corporate General Manager for a multi-million dollar fitness club, Jenny reluctantly gave up her career due to executive burnout. She held out hope that mental freedom would be found in entrepreneurship.

10 years and building 4 other business models to multiple six-figures later, she noticed her tendency to push herself into exhaustion and fatigue was a deeply ingrained habit, not a job requirement.

Everything changed after a light-bulb moment that burnout was in fact an insatiable desire to “chase” recognition, rewards, over-achievement and external validation. What took her 2 decades of life tuition to finally break-free, she now dedicates her career to helping women in business maximize their impact and income without sacrificing their joy and peace of mind.

Her true edge isn’t just in business, it’s in the mastery of the mind. Since 2006, she’s been stacking wisdom and lived experience: from becoming a graduate of metaphysical ministry (she is now an ordained spiritual minister) earning a certification as a Think and Grow Rich® Instructor, to studying neurolinguistic programming, Jenny marries her business edge with inner transformation.

She is the founder of Mind Fitness® and Mind Miracles™, two signature methodologies designed to help leaders expand their purpose and impact by harnessing the world’s most powerful, under-utilized resource —their mind.

A two-time bestselling author and keynote speaker, Jenny is widely recognized for championing a holistic, results-driven approach to business and personal growth, with a side of sass and sarcasm… because her belief is that business is where profit meets play— so here’s to making your life’s work fun again!

When not devising the next world-dominating idea for LiberateHER™, she is homeschooling her two daughters (4&9) and living her unconventional life with her family; part-time in Canada at their favourite campground resort (in their luxe trailer) and part-time on the Caribbean coast of Mexico in an ocean-side condo. She is a true advocate for a life of flexibility and where freedom is the currency.

Fun facts about Jenny..

  1. Jenny’s husband, Dave, ran one of Canada’s original iconic dirt track motorspeedways for three years—until they packed up their family of four and leapt into the unknown, trading horsepower for ocean breeze on the Caribbean coast of Mexico.

  2. In 2008, Jenny held the title of “Miss Ontario” with Canada Pageants International and competed for the Miss Canada crown. She walked away with the Spirit Award instead—which, let’s be honest, was way more on-brand for her wild heart.

  3. Jenny owns more domains than GoDaddy. Kyera has to park Jenny's million-dollar ideas more times a day than the world would know what to do with.
